چکیده

Abstract Wearabl smart devices have become an important method to monitor people’s health. This research work aims offer a relatively optimum solution amplify the biomedical signal in case of wearable devices. is done by using single-stage amplifier and Operational Transimpedance Amplifier (OTA) stage. The OTA stage uses typical 2-stage topology, with first-stage differential pair, second common source provide high-gain. Simulation results showed that has gain 40.04dB, total integrated input-referred noise 3.59uVrms, power consumption 1.44uW, NEF 21 CMRR 82 dB. In conclusion, verify topology useful satisfy low-power requirement.

An Ultra High CMRR Low Voltage Low Power Fully Differential Current Operational Amplifier (COA)

this paper presents a novel fully differential (FD) ultra high common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) current operational amplifier (COA) with very low input impedance. Its FD structure that attenuates common mode signals over all stages grants ultra high CMRR and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) that makes it suitable for mixed mode and accurate applications. Its performance is verified by HSPI...

An IC Operational Transconductance Amplifier (OTA) With Power Capability

In 1969, the first triple operational transconductance amplifier or OTA was introduced. The wide acceptance of this new circuit concept prompted the development of the single, highly linear operational transconductance amplifier, the CA3080. Because of its extremely linear transconductance characteristics with respect to amplifier bias current, the CA3080 gained wide acceptance as a gain contro...
